I'm your host Betsy, a certified strength and conditioning specialist who has been working as a personal trainer for 13 years. I've helped countless clients get stronger, faster, move without pain, fall in love with how they look, and develop a deep appreciation for all they are capable of. And in this show I'm sharing it all with you, training tips, nutrition guidance, recovery strategies, and a whole lot of body image nuance you won't find in most corners of the fitness industry. This episode is a departure from typical episodes. After suddenly losing my dad, I took a break from podcasting and as I return, I take this episode to thank and remember my YSB's biggest fan. Fair warning: I'm a bit of a mess in this one and while I prefer to process without an audience, I couldn't move on with this podcast without taking this opportunity to share my dad with you.
