Does "Everything In Moderation" Work?

People love to say "everything in moderation" as a way to include all foods but I'm not sure it's the supportive guidance you think it is. While I'm not about restriction, I think there are more helpful ways to think about nutrition that actually make meal planning and choosing foods that fuel your body easier. There are also ways to eat ALL the foods you love but in varied amounts to make sure your body feels your best and you can reach your goals. In this episode, I give you better nutrition advice!
