I'm your host Betsy, a certified strength and conditioning specialist who has been working as a personal trainer for 13 years. I've helped countless clients get stronger, faster, move without pain, fall in love with how they look, and develop a deep appreciation for all they are capable of. And in this show I'm sharing it all with you, training tips, nutrition guidance, recovery strategies, and a whole lot of body image nuance you won't find in most corners of the fitness industry. Lessons Learned From Restricting Foods
Your individual diet is entirely up to you and choosing the foods and the quantities that help you reach your goals and feel your best. For some eliminating foods are a medical necessity while others choose it for other reasons. I was recently encouraged by my physician to try some experimenting with my own diet and I share with you some of my observations (hint- I'm not crazy about eliminating foods strictly unless it is medically necessary and really makes you feel better).
While I didn't get dramatic results or relief with my experiment I have some lessons you can use in your own relationship with food!
